Battery Rechargeable SLA AGM for 12V 7Ah Power Source

The 6fm7 12v7ah 20hr model is a 12 volt 7 ampere hour battery, specifically engineered for use in general purpose float and light cyclic applications including fire and security systems, emergency lighting, UPS, toys, and medical devices. Its standard size makes it a proper replacement for batteries on scooters, deer feeders, fish finders, cable boxes, and home ADT alarm systems.

The AGM (absorbent glass mat) technology of this valve-regulated lead-acid battery delivers superior maintenance-free performance and high energy density. The rugged, impact-resistant ABS case and valve-regulated, spill-proof construction allow safe operation in any orientation (excluding continuous inverted use).

The 12V 7Ah rechargeable battery has a standard size, making it a suitable replacement for batteries on scooters, deer feeders, fish finders, cable boxes, home ADT alarm systems, and many more. The dimensions are as follows: L: 5.95 in. (151mm), W: 2.56 in. (65mm), H: 3.70 in. (94mm), and HT: 3.86 in. (98mm).

For cycle applications, apply a constant voltage charge at 2.35V/C – 2.45V/C (14.1 – 14.7V for 12V Monobloc) at 20°C. The initial charging current should be set at less than 0.25C Amps. Switch to a float charge to avoid overcharging.

For "float" or "stand-by" service, apply a constant voltage charge of 2.25V/C – 2.30V/C (13.5 to 13.8 volts for 12V Monobloc at 20°C). When held at this voltage, the battery will seek its own current level and maintain itself in a fully charged condition.

Temperature compensation is crucial for both cyclic and standby applications. As the temperature rises, the charging voltage should be reduced to prevent overcharge, and increased as the temperature falls to avoid undercharge.
